Social participation of blind, a complete image of an Islamic society

Concurrent with 15th October, as world white cane day, Head of state welfare organization said that; State welfare organization is responsible to render proper services for the blinds in the areas of rehabilitation, training and social protections and launches numerous plans with the aim of rising the independence and quality of life for visually impaired persons.
