Help with treatment of 10,000 unbelieving deprived couples across the country
Seyyed Abdullah Arjaei, referring to the basic measures in the 15 Khordad Foundation, said: "Renewal of the Articles of Association, approval of the organizational structure and identification of the core of activities, etc. have been among the actions of this foundation."
He added: "The activities of this foundation are defined in three main areas of health, population, meaning helping the youth of the population, and the field of family, with the aim of helping to strengthen the family. He continued: The next program of the 15 Khordad Foundation was the issue of childbearing, which with the design that was done will help the birth of the third and fourth child. The Executive Director of the 15 Khordad Foundation of the Executive Headquarters of Imam Khomeini (as), in continuation of helping the people with disabilities in deprived areas across the country, mentioned other programs of this foundation and said: "discussions with state welfare organization at the expert level has begun two months ago and a memorandum of understanding should be concluded between this foundation and the welfare organization, which consists of several clauses.
He mentioned the provision of 27,000 wheelchairs for the disabled in low-income areas across the country as one of the clauses of the memorandum, which will be implemented today.
Special emphasis of the Welfare Organization on population policies
Vahid Ghobadi Dana, head of the Welfare Organization, also referred to the orders of the Supreme Leader in 2019 on the International Day of Persons with Disabilities and said: The Supreme Leader said: The real responsible for helping the disabled is not only the Welfare Organization but all people, governmental and non-governmental sectors. And they are revolutionary organizations, so the welfare services should be expanded as much as possible in the country, and the people's power should be used to the maximum to expand these services. He added: "At the beginning of coronary heart disease, there was a need to provide support packages to provide coronation prevention and health items for clients, and the executive staff of Imam Khomeini (as) ordered 300 thousand dollars to help the welfare organization in this regard."
He continued: "This year, too, the key was to create 2,000 jobs for more than 6,000 clients, all of which were within the framework of the actions of the Executive Headquarters of Imam Khomeini (as) and in order to fulfill the orders of the Supreme Leader."
He pointed to the organization's vision screening in recent years and added: "Last year, more than two million children aged 3 to 6 were screened, of which about 33,000 had vision problems, some of which are definitely among the people There are few who need treatment, and according to this memorandum, free treatment is provided for welfare clients who have vision problems at this age.
Ghobadi Dana added that: The fourth axis of this memorandum is also ready for the necessary cooperation in other fields based on the conditions and changes and developments that we are witnessing in the 15 Khordad Foundation.
