Fatemeh Abbasi, deputy for rehabilitation affairs about this plan for persons with disabilities, hearing and visual impaired persons and older persons said that: this plan is concentrated on rendering services and covers variety of interventions that a person with disability with at least participation level, in the last process of empowering changed into a person who can realize his potential capabilities to actual capabilities.
She added that; the purpose of launching this promoting plan is help the persons with disabilities with increasing their life quality reach the maximum of abilities in social and private affairs to take benefit an independent life.
She elsewhere stated that; this plan pursues technical goals such as keeping empowerment, performance and identification of capacities of a person with disabilities and older persons, promoting mentally health of person with disability in society.
