Research is considered as one of the basic pillars of sustainable growth, development and an influential factor in social and economic progress, improving the quality and quantity of life and livelihood of society as well as the growth of macro indicators of a country. The close relationship between sustainable development and scientific and research structures of society, will oblige the use of valuable findings and theories to achieve national goals.
The increasing growth of science and knowledge, promoting the information and awareness leads to the emergence of new technologies so that a mixture of science, knowledge and thinking and applying it in various techniques in an efficient manner, especially in the field of new technologies will promised development, maintaining political, economic independence and self-sufficiency of society and the country.
Achieving macro goals in the field of reducing social harms and promoting social welfare, health, requires explaining and formulating research, applied priorities, organizing, cohesion and integration making research policies, laying the building foundation and creating the necessary infrastructure.
It is necessary to research in the past, equipped with current knowledge and with hope and encouragement for the future, we will step forward in research fields related to the social issues of the country and put knowledge in the direction of sustainable development and service to society.
While commemorating the memory of the great martyr Dr.Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, the arrival of the Research Day (December 16) and the "Research and Technology Week" which will be held this year with the slogan under the title of "Research, Technology and Production Structure", I congratulate to all the activists in the field of research and technology of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare, affiliated organizations, especially their colleagues in State welfare organization, and I ask God for their increasing health and success.
