· State Welfare organization not only deals with harm reduction but also covers other aspects and in this regard there are more than 1,200 boarding accommodation centers along with harm reduction complexes.

· SWO in collaboration with UNFPA and UNDP has taken proper measures to help the homeless and has dispersed items needed to prevent corona virus including masks and sanitizers among them.

· Imposed cruelly sanction against our country has led to more harms to vulnerable groups including persons with disabilities to purchase rehabilitation equipment of older persons in recent years.

· Neighboring with Afghanistan and being in route of drug transition makes that narcotics be more accessible to our youth and in this line the anti-narcotics plans which are carried out in our country; it imposes a lot of costs on the country, than are both human and financial. If other countries do not help us to combat this matter these drugs will transit to Europe easily.
