Common session with UNICEF child protection regional adviser

Javier Aguilar, UNICEF Middle East and North Africa Regional Adviser for Children, paid a visit with the delegation of SWO and MCLW on Tuesday April 12.

In this meeting, the Deputy for Social Affairs of SWO, while explaining the extent of SWO projects and programs in the field of children, announced his readiness to transfer knowledge and experiences to other countries and said: The war in Afghanistan people had to migrate to Iran. Among these people children are a large part of it, which has imposed many problems on the Iranian government, especially the SWO, the solution of which requires the assistance of international organizations such as UNICEF.

The Deputy for Social Affairs of SWO, referring to social emergency interventions in the fields of domestic violence, child abuse, child labor, spouse abuse, suicide, etc., continued: Counseling for families who have children but are not familiar with their children's rights multimedia and content production and support for children after discharge from care centers are among the actions of this department.
