Stating that the welfare organization is a human, emotional and social organization, Hosseini added: We all have an obligation to focus all our policies, activities and programs on the main mission of this organization.
He considered the main missions of this organization in line with empowering and increasing the quality of life and social health, especially in the affected and vulnerable groups, infants, children, women, the elderly and people with disabilities.
Hosseini added: To fulfill this mission, since its establishment (1359) until now, the welfare organization has been facing two relatively opposite trends. The scope of its missions has been increased, so that today about 160 activities and tasks have been defined for the welfare organization.
The interim head of State welfare organization continued: some activities have the aspect of closing success, because they are not effective in line with the main mission of the organization, and the fourth category of established and innovative plans and policies in this part of the organization should be intelligently directed towards innovative activities and links missing to move to increase the effectiveness of the organization with a new look.
Stating that the welfare organization will have 6 basic strategies in front of it, Hosseini said: Empowerment policy is the most important of them. Based on this strategy, the set of activities and programs of the organization should lead to the empowerment of society and clients.
The interim head of State welfare organization stated that merit selection in organizational management will be the sixth definitive strategic policy of this organization, and said: the optimal, effective and efficient management will be realized in the shade of merit selection, and this is the path that should be followed.
He added: Socialization is also related to the change of people's attitude towards the welfare organization, and the change of view of the welfare organization from a mere service to people with disabilities to the comprehensiveness of the organization's services, and from the point of view of taking donations to the point of empowerment should happen.
