AI Assistant for Employment System Training to Be Unveiled During Welfare Week

TEHRAN – The State Welfare Organization of Iran will unveil its first AI-powered training assistant for the Employment System and the Employment Deputy’s guidelines during Welfare Week, according to the Head of the Center for Entrepreneurship Development, Employment, and Empowerment.

According to the Public Relations and International Affairs Office of the State Welfare Organization, Arezoo Zakaeifar announced the launch of the intelligent assistant, describing it as a new step toward integrating advanced technologies into the organization’s employment services.

Zakaeifar stated that for the first time within the Welfare Organization, an artificial intelligence–based assistant has been designed and developed to answer questions from employment experts, interpret and analyze the deputy’s guidelines, and facilitate access to specialized information. The system will be officially introduced during Welfare Week.

She emphasized that employment is a dynamic process built on a chain of interconnected stages, and creating sustainable jobs requires proper design and management of all stages before, during, and after the establishment of a business.

“In this process, factors such as personal interest, skills, market demand, and sustainable income—along with access to regulations, guidelines, financial resources, and transparent data—are among the most important elements for the success and sustainability of employment initiatives,” she said.

According to Zakaeifar, the AI assistant was developed in collaboration with the Planning, Information Technology, and Cyberspace Security Center of the organization as part of a broader effort to establish smart, transparent, and dynamic management in the employment sector.

The system is designed to provide fast, accurate, and easy access to specialized information, regulations, procedures, and services related to the Welfare Organization’s employment system.

She noted that beyond answering experts’ questions, the assistant is capable of analyzing and interpreting the content of employment-related guidelines, enabling it to deliver responses that are precise, documented, and aligned with the relevant regulations.

One of the key features of the platform is its integration with the Welfare Organization’s employment system, allowing experts to interact directly with the assistant within the system and receive guidance on specialized questions and operational procedures.

Zakaeifar also highlighted the system’s communication capabilities, noting that the AI assistant can be connected to work groups on the Iranian messaging platform “Bale.” This allows staff to receive guidance on employment guidelines, operational questions, and system procedures within their existing work environments.

She concluded that the initiative represents an important step toward the digital transformation of specialized services within the State Welfare Organization and will help improve the accuracy, speed, and quality of employment-related services.
