History and necessity of implementation:
Girls are at risk of social harm and need social support. The target group of these centers, girls who are forced to stay in the centers of the welfare organization or run away from home simply due to lack of useful and effective care and lack of family support and a suitable place to live. In order to prevent the proximity of these girls to people who have moral problems or a bad history or their integration is not appropriate in terms of age, the need for separate and special centers for these people was felt, and therefore health centers since 1998 So far, it has been launched in all provinces of the country.
Overall goal: to prevent girls from being exposed to social harm.
Specific objectives:
1) Supporting and caring for girls at risk of social harm in need of social support.
2) Providing the fields of education, employment, self-sufficiency and independence of these people.
3) Recognizing the talents and abilities of vulnerable girls and guiding them to use these abilities.
Target community: Girls at risk of social harm over 18 years old
Execution process:
1) Referring the client from the centers of intervention in individual, family and social crises to the health house
2) Creating a file and listing the objects accompanying the client.
3) Inserting the mental-physical condition of the client in the file.
4) Providing specialized social work services.
5) Providing specialized psychological services
6) Providing medical and psychiatric services if necessary
7) Providing legal services if necessary
Psychosocial support for girls at risk of social harm (Nedaye Mehr), (daily - non-governmental)
History and necessity of implementation:
In addition to providing services in 31 existing centers due to the increasing need of girls at social disadvantage for specialized and available services, the activity of "Psychosocial support of girls and families" with the participation of non-governmental sector Empowerment of girls at risk of social harm with their families with an active social work approach has been developed since 2015 as a pilot in 4 provinces and then in 17 other provinces. These people can enter the center as self-introduced or referred from other organs and receive specialized services on a daily basis.

· Identify and attract girls at risk of social harm.
· Performing specialized individual-family-social interventions in order to improve the living standards of girls exposed to social harms.
· Helping to improve the level of security of the living environment of girls exposed to social harms.
Target group: Girls at risk of social harm over the age of 12 to 30 years. (Daughters of addicted parents or guardians, addicted girls have left) Professional addicts or street addicts are not part of this group and only girls who have become addicted for the first time due to domestic violence and want to return to a healthy life; with the approval of the team Girls can be admitted to these centers, girls who have been assaulted, girls who have been assaulted, girls who have thought of running away from home, girls who have thought of committing suicide, girls in Exposed or under domestic violence).
