Introduction and necessity
In all societies, the issue of personal and social harm to women and its various consequences is an issue that is addressed. Because women are harmed in terms of deprivation of social opportunities, education, employment, living in chronic poverty, emotional deprivation and abuse. Experiences related to rehabilitation centers have shown that many clients have a home and family that by applying some appropriate specialized interventions, the conditions for their return to the family can be provided by receiving outpatient empowerment services.
In the rehabilitation and empowerment program of the country's welfare organization, which is more than twenty years old, the focus has usually been on day care centers to support injured women and girls. While in addition to the need for day care centers, the existence of day care centers is also necessary to make services more accessible to the target group.
Experiences related to rehabilitation centers have shown that many clients have a home and family that with a few specialized interventions can provide the conditions for their return to the family, for example, sometimes by making corrections in the relationships of family members and registering him in Vocational training courses can provide relatively stable employment and return to the family and community without the need to stay in the center (unless, of course, the client really needs accommodation services. Such interventions necessarily require Accommodation in non-rehabilitation centers can be planned in such a way that while clients are living with their families, they are also entitled to outpatient empowerment services.
For this reason, there is a need for centers to intervene in such situations according to their problem. Therefore, the existence of daily rehabilitation centers and reception in them can prevent further injuries that expose this group to serious risks.
With this goal in mind, the Social Victims Affairs Office of the Welfare Organization has set up a support and empowerment center for socially vulnerable women (non-governmental and daily) as a new way and with a harm reduction approach.
