Payment of employment insurance is the amount that the Welfare Organization in line with the implementation of the Comprehensive Law for the Protection of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities 1 Articles 21 and 29 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, to facilitate and stabilize employment of the client covered by this organization That year, for a period of five years, in accordance with the relevant instructions, the private sector employer shall be paid for the employment of the said client.
General purpose and specific goals

· Changing direct support methods to insurance approaches
Those entitled to receive employer's insurance portion
All employers who have paid their insurance premium (employer's portion) to the Social Security Organization and paid their salaries in accordance with the Labor Law, based on the results of the table of scores of the applicant employers and after the approval of the employment committee receive the employer's insurance portion.
Execution process
· Receive the required application and documents
· Visit the workplace and submit a report to the city employment committee.
· Completing the notarized letter of commitment form, reviewing the documents and expert report and giving points to the employer.
· If the employer is eligible, to be given priority in payment
· Confirmation of documents and submission to finance.
· Issuance of a final payment document and announcement to the public participation area.
· Receiving the employer's share insurance for up to 5 years
· Registration of information gateway (portal system).
Target community
All persons covered by the Welfare Organization, including groups of the disabled, women heads of households and their children, self-employed and poorly cared for women, orphans discharged from day care centers, addicts improved in centers supervised by the Welfare Organization, socially disadvantaged and vulnerable groups that has been introduced and applied to the employer by the field of employment.
