In order to implement the decisions of the headquarters at the provincial and city levels, coordination and follow-up headquarters for provincial and city adaptation are formed. The Secretariat of the Headquarters is located in the Welfare Organization of the country, the Secretariat of the Provincial Headquarters is located in the General Welfare Office of the province and the Secretariat of the City Headquarters is located in the Welfare Office of the city.
The duties of the Secretariat of the Headquarters are as follows:
1( The Secretariat, as the executive arm of the Coordination and Adaptation Headquarters of the country, is responsible for overseeing the implementation of Article 2 of the Law on the Protection of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
2 (Following the implementation of the headquarters' decisions.
3) Preparing the agenda, scheduling the meetings, sending the invitation and meeting agenda for the staff members and preparing the minutes.
4) Creating the required database related to adaptation and accessibility.
5) Following up the meetings of provincial and city headquarters and receiving reports.
