The Iranian men’s sitting volleyball team thrashed Kazakhstan 3-0 in the final match on Saturday and was crowned at the 2023 ParaVolley Asia Oceania Zone Championships.
Iran defeated Kazakhstan in three straight sets (25-21, 25-14, 25-17).
Earlier, the Iranian men’s sitting volleyball team defeated Iraq in straight sets (25-10, 25-7, 25-15) in the semifinals of the ParaVolley Asia Oceania Zone Championships.
Both Iran and Kazakhstan teams will participate in the 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris.
The 2023 ParaVolley Asia Oceania Zone Championships kicked off on July 3 in Astana, Kazakhstan, and wrapped up on July 8.
