*Changing social conditions and donating economic encouragement for the young people can be effective for childbearing.
*State welfare organisation has considered different plans for the families with multiple childbirth by aged 6 years old.
*Genetic consultancy is completely free of charge for 33 thousands families with 2 disabled children.
