Updating knowledge is essential to deal with unattended children

Dr.Masoudi Farid, deputy for social affairs at a ceremony to pay tribute to the elites of foster family centers mentioned that, on average around 13 children without effective caregivers are kept in at each foster family centers. To have an effective interaction  we should to update our knowledge toward these children, because their needs has changed, he reiterated.
