8th Symposium on family and child with hearing impairment

At this symposium, Deputy for rehabilitation affairs, Dr.Nafariyeh, said that hearing disorders are rampant congenital disorders in our country. At present time, more than 90 percent of productivities and also several millions of infants after 3days of birth are screened, he added. In else where he mentioned that more than 600 screening centers in 300 cities provide different kinds of rehabilitation services which rather than last year these centers has developed. He made remark that state welfare organization to implant cochlea for needy infants who their hearing disorders has recognized will paid allowance to them.
